How to Use Cartridges

Cartridges should be sterilised before each use to keep treatments safe and hygienic.

1. Gather gloves, a 70%+ isopropyl alcohol solution and a clean container.
2. Put on gloves before handling the cartridge.
3. Check the cartridge to make sure the tips are in good condition and free of debris.
4. Soak the cartridge tip in the alcohol solution for a couple of minutes, or spray it if using a spray solution.
5. Let the cartridge air dry fully before attaching it to the device.
6. Dispose of the cartridge safely after a single use.

Fitting the Cartridge

The Dr. Pen M9 cartridges contain sensitive electronic contacts, so it is worth aligning them carefully.

1. Find the alignment marker on the cartridge interface.
2. Match it with the corresponding indicator on the M9 device body.
3. Twist clockwise to lock it securely into place.

Avoid forcing the cartridge in. Incorrect installation can damage the electronic contact points.

Using the Dr. Pen M9

1. Double cleanse the skin and tie hair back away from the face.
